The heat that realise is amazing and helps a lot! The settings to vary speed, reverse of rotation and heat are very simple. For each foot you have three lots of rollers, well rotating discs that each have three protrusions for the massage effect.
Easy to setup and use. With the added warmth is relaxing.
It also helps because i can use it as a back massager as well as a foot massager. It also works for your back if you sit against it on a chair.
Cons
The auto function appears to be faulty also. It turns on, makes a crunching noise and turns off. Also it is loud and vibrates.

Not as good as mut lower back massager cushion that can be used under legs and near the knee to stimulate lymphatic drainage
