Zma-5 is the best sports supplement i have ever taken. This pill outperforms other zma blends by far.
Htp helps me sleep more soundly and efficiently. I wake up extremely refreshed and not groggy.
Cons
Zinc can not be absorbed properly unless it is chelated, rendering snac's current formula a total waste. The oxide version is basically worthless.

I recommend trying to take it with dinner giving time for your body to process the vitamins in order to see better sleep results

The only downside which isn’t a huge deal is that the capsules are not sealed super well so i often get a bit of excess powder in the back of my thy when i throw them back
