This is a great phone for my disabled husband who has parkinsons and dementia. Perfect for my 100 year old grandma. Love the 1 touch feature.
Easy to program and easy to insert photos on keys. With just one touch, it instantly dials that person. Easy to use once programmed.
Great addition to his memory care. Hopefully this one lasts. Overall great.
Cons

The phone just disconnects after a few minutes of talking to someone. The sound occasionally cuts out but does come back in a second or two. The receiver cord is lower quality and kinks up quite a bit.

Shortcomings its a typical lightweight plastic unit easily tugged off table would love a heavy metal base with rubber feet to keep it from sliding
