However it says it can be used with any waterbased chemicals and so i see no reason why you couldnt use it with things not designed for concrete as long as they were waterbased

Chemicals with other bases are likely to damage the seals and hoses and would probably void the warranty as well as just being a bad idea

There is nothing worse when using a sprayer to kill bugs than to grab it and it doesnt work and you are watching a horde of ants pass by heading for the patio door
