This mattress is terrible! Just received this in the mail and opened the mattress. I feel cheated, this is a spring mattress not a memory foam mattress. They take returns but no way to get it rolled up in to the box.

In the middle of the * thing is a big crease with the springs sticking out. The sides show the springs bulging because there is no thick foam on the sides this mattress as per the diagram and description.

This mattress is not firm. It starts out ok but after a couple months the coils are hitting you in the back. The springs are easily felt when laying down on it. The mattress topper on this mattress is very uncomfortable.

Will never purchase this brand again. Beyond terrible quality and absolutely no “memory foam” as advertised. Just more marketing b. You definitely get what you pay for so this is not really a value proposition.
