Pros

The tabs are much easier to see than the traditional face-forward-only tabs. The software also keeps track of which labels are printed, so the next time you go to print some, it remembers which labels on the sheet have been used.

Using with windows 7 and have no compatibility issues. This is 2016, so please disregard the older complaints that this system is incompatible with mac.

I paired wcolored pendaflex file folders hanging file holders for the perfect color coded system

I ripped out one side of the pendaflex folder installing one

Be careful when installing them into pendaflex folders they are stiffer than the standard pendaflex tabs
