Cons

The spacing of this mount is off just a little bit, too far apart. This makes loosening the thumb screw a problem. The aluminum is way too stiff; almost impossible to tighten camera or accessories.

This item is useless. Do not recommend. Grab amazons instead.

Competitiveness

I have one mounted permanently to one of my two smatree tripod adapters

This smatree gopro mount is rock solid with excellent fit and finish and excellent grip on the cameras mounting tabs

After answering a couple questions smatree send me a replacement mount without any problems

However some images on the product page show a smatree locking bolt which is not included
