It is extremely hard to find nice tasting vitamins for our kids who are dairy free soy free gluten free and corn free and these do a great jobi would probably give these 5 stars but i would need my kids to try them and to be able to try them repeatedly so we could see if we personally found a winner for our kids
And the packet had less than what they describe as the individual serving size
