Pros

My house is not square so it was a * to put up. It's not subject to rain, but it can get a little damp. The rollers are also metal, but have plastic grooved tires to make the movement smooth.

Cons

The hardware seems to be cheaply made. This is the first complaint i have ever made about something i purchased online. Had to go out and buy another one from menards, too late to return this junk.

The instructions provide the wrong dimensions for installing the rollers to your door. The gap now between the rail and the top of the door is too large for the safety bumpers to prevent the door from accidentally lifting off the rail. The stopper sli... Read More

The vendor here needs to correct this issue with incorrect instructions. The description says it comes with good instructions, well, neither box had instructions.
