Pros
Shaker has two compartments at the bottom. Makes it easy for me to be on the go st the gym with my pre-workout post workout powder on hand. Fits your powder.
It isn't fancy or complicated. Otherwise, it's sturdy and well made. Fine for the price, hols about 17 oz. From this seller.
Awesome little bottle. No spillage or seepage.
Cons
Bottle was advertised to be 20 oz. It says the bottle's measurement markings only go to 12-ounces. What's not in the description is that the advertised 20 oz is split between a 14 ounce top section and 6 ounce snack section that screws in the bottom.
The cleaning process is overly excessive and i've found clumps of my protein and pre workout powders stuck in the crevices of the under lid. The lid leaks horribly and cleanup is a nightmare.

That said id rather have them be too tight than too loose but because that is a little bit of a pain i had to drop them down to 4 stars instead of 5
