Its just fanstic does what i said on the bottle
It’s like it seals the grout and it isn’t as porous so it was able to be cleaned rather that the dirt sucking into the grout

Had very dead looking dark grout before that would have needed to be completely regrouted

It didn’t stay white for long and cleaning it involved scrubbing with serious amounts of bleach not ideal with dogs and young kids

I was quite sceptical about this as its not cheap and i bought 3 plus 2 cleaners costing nearly £100

No tiler would consider trying to change the grout and the only option appeared to be to retile the floor
