Very useful for spraying blowouts. I also use it to rinse my bathtub after washing it.

The pressure is great and cleans my diapers really well. I have no leaks and can get very high pressure (which can spray poop all over) but used properly just cleans those dirty diapers up in a flash.

Cons

The pos stopped working one morning. Looks really nice and durable but its not. Amazon currently wants $116 for bumgenius not the regular $60-$70 when i bought this pos. Do not recommend.
