Pros
Gut health is my first target in boosting my immune health. Overall health improves with a good probiotic. My gut finally feels normal!
The capsules are a bit on the large side for me, but no trouble swallowing them. The pills are shelf-stable which means no hassle of having to refrigerate them. They're also small enough to * easily, and they do not have to be refrigerated.
Smarter nutrition products are a must! Also the fact that is has flaxseed oil, mct oil and a prebiotic is a win in my book.
Cons
These probiotics are a huge waste of money. Just a really bad product. Don't waste your money.
