It appears to relieve gas and other intestinal issues of sibo. I also feel like it has helped strengthened my immune response. They seem to keep his immune system optimized.
Gut health is my first target in boosting my immune health. I have less belly troubles especially bloating. Hoping that given enough time and continuing to work on my gut health will get rid of the cravings altogether.
