I noticed that a few reviewers have commented on the catch which fastens the bracelet and no one who suffers arthritis will argue with their criticism about this but on the positive side its not likely to accidently come undone and get lost while you are out

Sadly in the meantime i had misplaced one of the pins i had removed however all was not lost as i contacted the company offering to buy a replacement and they agreed to ship one over to me from america free of charge
