It a beautiful piece of furniture however it was missing the hooks for the ties so we are unable to hang ties on it and also the piece to hang the jackets on is bent and it leans into the back of it and it is hard to get jackets on and off afraid to try to bend it out because it may break and we wont be able to hang jackets or ties

All the parts aligned properly and the unit came double boxed with no damage unlike other reviews

The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars was the part called one tie hanger came crooked with no way to fix it

It took two calls to customer service but they are sending a replacement piece

It did not come assembled but the instructions were very easy to follow

The instructions left something to be desired as the pictures were a bit small and frontback distinction was not clear
