What needs to be fixed can be fixed in software id like to see emulators that can be fully interacted with using only noncovered portion of the screen

Connecting the device and then interacting with the emulator is really challenging if the emulator ui uses the entire screen and doesnt support dpad input

Alternatively i wouldnt mind a variant where the front panel of smartboy containing the dpad and buttons can be opened so i can adjust the phone without disconnecting smartboy and then restore the input panel and keep playing

The video is called setting up the smartboy for the first timei did have a bit of trouble after inserting the cartridge the run launch software button was still greyed out and took a bit of wiggling the cartridge for it to read it could just be my worn old cartridge not the smartboy

However after reseating the cartridge it loaded fine
