This silicone bread sling replaces the parchment paper. Very flexible silicone.
Great decision. My only regret is i didn't get the two-pack. It works as it’s supposed to, is easy to wash and easy to roll up and store.
This little tool is a bit counterintuitive. Also comes with a small spatula, useful for tight spaces. The little spatula is a plus, and is a very nice, handy size.
Two silicone mats and a small spatula. Mat is thicker than normal so it has more rigidity and stability. Measurements on the mat show equivalents of cups, ounces, tablespoons, teaspoons & milliliters.

It didnt originally say that on the listing so when the package came i was disappointed
In addition to the welldesigned mat the package comes with miniature spatula which is too small for most usage

Might as well not have anything written on there as its too small of a font and the writing is hard to see in red text

Another downside to this is that the max heat temp is listed as 466 degrees and sometimes i like to bake my bread at 500 degrees

Also theyre good to use as a sling in an instant pot for potinpot cooking under my fat daddio cheesecake pan etc
