Yoink is solid, has lots of choices, easy setup. While it requires the yolink hub, it's about $20 and a simple install and set up. Signal is strong and steady.

However when i opened it i was surprised how nice and easy the circuit board was laid out was able to dremel cut the 110 from the 4 relays and solder the 12v power supply common and output to terminals for hookup

Maybe yolink will come out with an outdoor ip rated multirelay with fusable dry contacts and maybe offer their own low voltage power supply too
