Pros

Using the built in wifi it has instead of the blue tooth to install it. Ghz wifi to connect to my 5ghz wifi. Connected alexa via amazon. Com. Easy step by step instructions for connecting it to alexia on echo or any other alexa device.

Cons

Cloud intelligence is a great product, but the app can't connect to the cloud. It takes too long to set up a hotspot. Wifi goes out, power goes out and wind blows, who knows why?

Mashing the power button on the plug does no good. What’s the point of a smart plug that can’t be behind a couch, etc.

Buyer beware this is junk. Don't try to save a buck here, buy a different brand. Now it's beyond the return period, so i’m basically sol.
