The size is like a normal personal journal, it's not terribly thick from unnecessary pages. Also love the three ribbon dividers. Little emoji stickers and date stickers and dividers and all the room for brainstorming.

Notes is good for one, maybe two lines of text if you are writing super neat. Particularly the priorities and to do sections are far too small for any busy professional to write any detailed task or to do.
