She was completely disinterested. The slit where the velcro is attached was ripped open. They heartbeat is very loud and more of a ticking sound.

The heat pack only heats a very small section of the dog. My pup wants nothing to do with it.

Our puppy is 7 weeks old and less than 2 lbs. Batteries only last up to 1 week just as the other dog and not up to 2 weeks as claimed. Stopped working correctly after 2 months. Trying to return and haven't received a return label from the seller yet.
