Pros
The heartbeat is nice because it provides a sound and vibration. The heartbeat feature is wonderful mimicking mama’s heartbeat. It also has an optional, portable heat pouch!
The two pieces of red plastic actually fit together snugly without the screws. The babies snuggle right underneath her or even climb on top. The pup leans on snuggle kitty in kennel she plays wth.
Thank you to the makers and our rescue that suggested this tiger. Very satisfied with the product. Easy to turn on with a push button.
Cons
Both of our rescue babies (1 - 4week old and 1- 8 week old kitten) completely ignore it. The heartbeat is frighteningly loud.
I feel it lacked in both of these departments. I'm very disappointed since it wasn't cheap. I will be returning it.

It’s furry floppy and the velcro that holds the beating heart is so strong that no kitten could pull it open
More than the fuzzy blanket and heating pad this i feel truly gave them comfort
The continued opening and closing ripped the velcro from the seam
Its been two hours and he is napping peacefully now with his head propped up against the toy
Price
And i think thats enough reason for me to spend the money
The price is a bit much for what you get though
I hesitated to buy this because it seemed overpriced but i had a pair of neonatal kittens who were having difficulty latching so i caved

Hes now 16 so i try to find new things for him but this and the other toy ill have to return and hope to find something he will take interest in
