Pros
App is easy to use, and i set the door to autolock 1 minute after unlocking. The kit is complete with the tools you need to install the lock including a screwdriver and drill bit.
This is the nicest airbnb lock i've seen.
We are happy with the product and its use, even my 7-yr old looks forward to coming home to use it. Overall very happy with my purchase. I’d recommend it to my friends.
Cons
Was a very complicated and cumbersome lock install. The app was not user-friendly and so cumbersome. It always makes random noises even when i just walk by.

The left door and right door switch kinda of confusing that makes the door lock in the reverse locking mechanism with the app
Great after service bonita was able to give me a call right away when i had some questions regarding the product
Price
Overall it’s a great product at reasonable price i’d recommend it to my friends

I was having an issue with touching any random number on the keypad and it was unlocking the door so i called customer service for the lock and a wonderful girl name winnie helped me navigate this issue and it turns out i had the touch to open feature on winnie had me turn off that feature and it cleared up the problem

Only downfall is if you would like to operate the lock remotely you need to purchase separately a gateway

In use the keypad works well the ic cards are great but the fingerprint sensor is temperamental on both locks

It can take from 2 to 8 tries to get it work and you might have to change fingers to get lucky

If i have to press 8 times to use my fingerprint thats more times than entering a code

I am going to erase the fingerprints and try and set them up again and see what happens
