Pros

This is a customer satisfaction example i wish we could see with other suppliers! If anyone would like to purchase ink cartdridges, this is the company to purchase from.

Cons

Celle de couleur l'imprimante ne la reconnaît pas. The ink cartridge fit but just wasn't recognized. Exceptionally disappointed and not worth the $20 savings.

The colour quality is very good and so far its been working well with my printer

These 2 cartridges were easy to install and printed great immediately

I bought 61xl color used on officejet 4630 that worked great until it stopped working

After all the tests they determined it was defective and had to be replaced

Good value for the price and very good customer service

Great product for the price and even had same day service

This was an expensive purchase for only 1 to work

I usually go to a local store to buy these but theyre 30 each

I needed ink this weekend to finish a project and received it promptly

They very quickly sent me a new set and the new set is great so far

I contacted them at 5pm with the error message and by 11am the next morning a replacement was delivered

I got the replacement in 2 days

Competitiveness

These replacement ink cartridges are just as good or better than the original hp cartridges at a fraction of the cost

Better than any other brand and much cheaper much cheaper

Dont know how long it will last compared to the regular hp cartridges but well have to wait and see
