This grinder is two to three times as heavy as most ive seen but i see that as a good thing it will never break or even scratch as far as i can tell mine has taken a tumbleempty luckily the magnet couldnt handle it down concrete steps with nothing to show for it

Its a good deal the metal is coated on so after time the bottom has changed to another metal form being scratched over time

I took out the center screen to give more room in the bottom

I had to reglue the actual grinder plate to the top lid

After heavy use the plate fell loose and exposed that there was very little adhesive holding to part in place
