Pros
This exceeds my expectations. I generally hate gadgets but really- this is a keeper. Great customer service. They are thrilled with them!
It reliably heats my coffee to the right temperature. Keeps liquid warmer longer or reheats cool liquid again.
The one downside is it is a bit bulkier than i would like, but it's not for me it's for my wife and she loves it. It’s not too hot, but just like it is freshly brewed. It is slim and attractive, and hardly noticeable on your desk.
Cons
It keeps liquids warm at the bottom of the mug, but nowhere near nice drinking temp. No way this could be repurposed as a candle warmer or something.
This button senses when the cup is on the pad and it turns on. The weight of the cup depresses the button. Unstable and tippy, cord way too short. Just threw one away.

Also using a flat bottomed cup is preferable i ordered a glass one from amazon because most mugs have a lipridge on the bottom

Just be mindful to not leave an empty cup on the warmer or youll be doing some scrubbing
