Pros
It helps decompress his neck vertebra. I lent this device to somebody else with similar issues and she said it helped her, as well. Good for tense neck/shoulders. Nice to do laying in bed.

When it arrived i was skeptical to be honest because it was made of some kind of high density blue foam that was molded into a crazy shape that was supposed to alleviate some of my neck and back pain
