Weve had several heavy rainstorms since i installed it and the camera has worked without a hitch

My only complaint is that the coupler may or may not fit your ethernet cable depending on the length and thickness of the boot over the connector

Keeping in mind these are ip67 rated not ip68 which specifies dust tight the 6 in the ip 67 and submersion up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes the 7 in ip 67 to qualify

If they stay in water longer than that you need a different connector

The design allows for a preterminated cable end without boot to go through the endcap and then the bushing which intentionally has a split to wrap around the wire
