Pros

Shorts provide the required support and seat padding for long rides. Good balance of bike and running comfort.

Fabric seems to be heavier which should make them last longer. I am a big guy with a 38 waist and the xl's were great. The medium fits me perfectly.

For the price point these are allround quality shorts

Weird to run in with the pad but didnt chafe

They have gone as far as they can with the padding without it feeling like you are wearing a diaper on the run

The compression level is great much better than ordinary triathlon shorts

I have used the shorts for both a bikerun brick workout and a sprint distance triathlon and they are great

No proper triathlon short should accommodate a large cell phone

No chaffing no hot spots and are comfortable on the bike
