This is a must have accessory for the weber! Turns my weber kettle into a *. Didnt have to babysit the fire. Looking forward to the next time.

The water trough seems to help regulate temps. The water reservoir also acts as a heat shield to keep your food from scorching. I like the removable water pan which makes it easy to clean.

Perfect steaks everytime.

Cons

Flimsy piece of stainless steel is not worth the money. This product was not built for a weber 26” grill. The ash clogs up those little holes and no oxygen can get through.

It is definitely not worth the premium price imho. All it's made me do is question meathead’s true objectivity. Don't see the big hype with this gadget.
