Pros

Has 3/8 compression fittings. No drips at all with pressure at only one inlet. Easy to install. No more time limit.

Great solution to stop condensation on toilet. Allows me to keep only the sinks i need for licensed childcare cooler. Excellent for temp controlled on bidet.

Worthless piece of *. Worked for about 10 months and then started allowing the hot water through to the cold side.
