Pros
Remove slowly to avoid possibly ripping. Make sure all the suctions are pushed down and you're good to go. Very pleased with it.
Adds at least 4 inches of water in my small bath. I air dry and it has no marks or mildew or damage. My bath always drains super fast and i have to top it up several times. The hole at the top ensures that your tub doesn't become over-full.
Cons
The overall suction of the device is extremely poor, such that if you touch it with your foot it falls right off. The plastic over the suction cups has bizarre little nubs that press into your fingers. Only a third of it sticks to the tub.

It lets me fill the tub higher but the faucet is directly over the cover so it also fills with water as the tub is filling
