Product works great this is my 2nd purchase of it

This lubricant works great and is water based

Not properly packaged product was leaking otherwise it is a very good product

We started using this because it doesnt stain like platinum but she developed a couple fissures shortly after solely using this product

The price paid was a very good deal compared to the original price

Shipping

The only complaint was the handle on the pump was damaged during shipping

Packaging/appearance

The tube on the pump fell off and im going to have to fish it out of the bottle somehow

Not a fault of the product or packaging its always hard to get the last six ounces or so out of the bottle because the product is gel like

Competitiveness

Its less sugary glyceriney than other lubes and and it greatly reduces issues with texture

My wifes gynecologist recommended it thank you

We’ve tried most brands we’ve found including some “premium” brands

My husband and i just got married and we tried a bunch of lubes on our honeymoon
