Pros
The taste is not the greatest, but definitely palatable. The taste of vanilla cake batter is on point. With adding the strawberry it tastes like the best milkshake i have ever had.
No extra calories to worry about, just nutrients and good flavour. Most vanilla shakes have an aftertaste, this one does not!
Cons
Tastes fine if you dilute a bit more then recommended but honestly it's not worth the discomfort. My finicky gi system cannot handle it. Not keto friendly.

Serving size is incredibly small to be considered a meal replacement but if you did it with ice it would be good

Tastes good if you drink it fast lol still has carbs so not sure how truly keto friendly this is but if people have their own comments regarding this let me know
