Pros

Just increasing the tread thickness is the best flat proofing. Slime tube protectors are light, flexible, and precisely cut to sit in the valley of the tire not slide up towards the sidewalls. Have not had a puncture yet.

Good sign. And, pleasantly surprised. The tube protectors are definitely worth the purchase. This item never disappoints.

Cons

First of all they will be punctured by the smallest of thorns. They are too narrow to provide any meaningful protection inside the tire. It is weaker than the tire itself. Does not protect for goat head thorns!
