Never use enough at once to warrant anything bigger

We use the rubber plugs that have an adhesive on them but they work far better when used with slime

Tire plug kits seem to use a lubricant now instead of rubber cement which was traditionally used

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Probably because over time rubber cement will harden in the tube especially in the hot interior of a car and the newer lubricants will not

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I understand this and bought 2 tubes expecting this to happen

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

However rubber cement sticks to the tires which is what i want for a perfect seal and still trust it more

Not necessarily the right stuff to the right stuff but stuff to stuff regardless
