The taste is good, it helps prevent cravings and migraines at night. It's a good snack or if you don't feeling something big. My morning ritual usually is nothing but coffee.

Within hours ans great packaging. I wish i could still get this in stores but no luck so amazon is perfect for me.

Mix is tasty and good with coconut or 1%-2% milk. I mix it with 8oz of unsweetened almond milk.
