Pros

My favorite flavor is the strawberry. This one is smoother and not chalky tasting.

The slimfast protein shake is so good. It tastes a lot like a chocolate milkshake, but not so sweet as to make you nauseated like some very chocolatey things often do.

Double it and drink 16oz with 2 scoops. Keeps me full. I like it thick. Will update if my opinion changes.

Cons

It only contains 12 grams of protein per serving. If you are lactose intolerant or just avoid dairy this is not doable. It is difficult to easily stir up and required the use of a blender to get rid of all the lumps.
