Sturdy and a good adhesive backing. It is durable and the sticky side is truly sticky. However, this is what i would call industrial strength.
Cons
The rockler nylo-tape lasts 75% longer. I have a couple of drawers that stick. Great idea but poor implementation.

This really works great and is easy to install
Easy to use and works great for easy slide
The drawers are all made out of steel and weigh 17 pounds each
These strips took all of 30 seconds per side to install and the drawers slide like new again
Price
Anyway for just under 20 total to fix my drawers in my kitchen this was a fantastic and easy solution
Downside is that this material should be sold for 50 cents not 15 dollars
I didnt put them on tracks because the tracks would have been more expensive than what i wanted to pay
I figured at a total cost of 20 for the five drawers in my kitchen it was a risk i could afford so i went ahead and ordered them
Shipping
These came ahead of the stated ship date and work exactly like we had hoped
We received this about 6 days after we ordered it so the seller sent it right away

The tape stayed only afterhusband used the handle of a pair of scissors to puta good amount of pressure to get it to stick

It is thin enough that there is no tension once applied to inserting the drawer

I needed about 9 feet of uhmw tape for a brake surface on a kifco reel sprinkler like ones used on football fields

The supplier wanted 8 per foot for tape that wasnt this thick so you can imagine how pleased i was to find this excellent product
