The pad get scrunchy really quickly then again i am using it everyday and at this stage the 2 sides one bearly stick on the belt anymore

The controller part of the belt unplugs and can be plugged into a charger it last for a number of sessions before needing recharging though that will depend on the program

Bought this to replace a previous set that for one reason or another had not used as much as intended due to batteries being required that kept forgetting to buy and in fact left some in from last use when bought this so would not work at all

First off i’ll point out this is not a miracle fat loss machine so if you’re overweight and hoping this will magically make you lose 20 pounds then dont bother buying this
