It's the only fda approved for weight loss and toning of abdominals. It actually helps with soreness nicely so in feel good on the next gym day. I hope to see my abs toning up in the next month or so.

This product works very well. Pretty impressive. As long as you accept the limitations, and know what it will and won't do.

It is easy to charge the battery, which is nice and compact. It makes sense that it would only last 3 sessions with how small the battery is, but would like to see it last a little bit longer instead of dying out in the middle of a session.

The controller is a 50/50 chance of working properly and beeps constantly. After that, it turns on but you cannot adjust the level of intensity without it throwing an error. Warning is due to loose contact.
