It allows me to get more toned and tightened abs while sitting. I sit more comfortably, walk using my ab muscles (believe it or not), * are more intense. Less high marks for ease in wearing the gadget.
It’s really difficult to be certain exactly how well or how quickly this device develops muscle tone. When you first start using the device, it will gradually work you up to the higher ones.
Spectra 360 electrode gel - parker laboratories - 8. It's the same principle – just much bigger electrode pads. The replacement pads are kind of expensive so i get the knock offs and the last ones i put on there are fine!
The abs 7 is rechargeable. I am so glad this abdominal muscle toner uses rechargeable lithium batteries.
Cons
The battery is fully completely dead. It was about 12 inches too small for my 50 mid-drift.
