Pros

No dripping mess, no towels sticking to the pads and no mess on you either. After 30 sessions (one per day), the pads are still in very good shape and are not in need of replacing any time soon. Omg i love this product and it works.

Cons

This is a rip off and they use images of ripped people who have never even tried their product before, to sell it. Didn't work. Returning for a full refund.

It also pales in comparison to doing actual ab excercises. The listing claims it will fit up to a 46 inch waist and i have a 42 inch waist. Do yourself a favor and invest this money in a better ab work out system.
