Pros
Strongly recommended. My kids are happy and always jumping on this matte.
The firm side is a bit soft. The plush side is the softer side. Coziness comfortable and durability at the very time. In warmer months, the mattress runs warm but it is not uncomfortable.
Cons
Mattress has a bad odors coming from it. Looks like a used product or packing damage. Good for back bone but inadequate relief/softness at pressure points like shoulders & hips.
Hopefully company fulfils its promise and returns with full amount refunded. Amazon's contradicts itself. Atleast seller has to give cover for it.
