Pros

Bought this mattress after lots of search and research. It works very well as promised. Appreciate the prompt service. Not sure what i was expecting when i ordered this mattress, but it definitely exceeded my expectations!

This is my first memory foam orthopaedic mattress. Softness is very good. Had a awsome sleep. The mattress is breathable.

Cons

Return has been scheduled thrice. But everytime it is not picked and pick up is cancelled. Took 24h to convince amazon customer care to initiate return after sharing photos. Customer support is rude and if you complain they start threatening you.
