Pros

Sleepyhead has a combo of firmness and softness. Very comfortable and easy to unwrap. Ensures quality sleep and relaxation.

The dimensions are as advertised. Very satisfied with the choice. Hope it will be durable as well.

The zero motion transfer memory foam is good. Using this mattress myself and for my guest in my hotel. Would strongly recommend this to all. Definetely a recommended product.

Cons

Review after 8 months of purchase, it absorbs a lot heat and radiates heat into the body while sleeping. After unpackage of bed, height of bed is not 5 inch. Build quality is so cheap that layers of foam are uneven on the sides.

Return has been scheduled thrice. But everytime it is not picked and pick up is cancelled. Took 24h to convince amazon customer care to initiate return after sharing photos. Company says that since it was not used it became defective.
