Pros

I love the way my shoulder tucks into the underside of the pillow. The firmness takes some getting used to.

If you are a side sleeper, this pillow is a must. My husband even tells me that my snoring stopped ( most nights) and migraine frequency is reduced.

This pillow is amazing. I'm really kind of shocked at how nice this worked. Definitely glad to have purchased this product.

Cons

If my head isn't exactly in the middle of the cradle when on my side, my head again is up too high putting a curve into my spine. As the memory foam heats up with body heat, it sinks too much and becomes too flat.

This pillow is advertised for people 5'5 or taller. When i recieved the box there was a flyer included that stated one should purchase a large size if taller than 5'10 (i'm almost 6'). Unclear directions regarding sizing.

The search now continues for a new pillow that will hopefully last a little longer. Just go to your backyard & pick a nice soft rock and save $90 bucks. And when you tell the company exactly that, they say so sorry for your luck.
