It's still new-ish but i think i'm going to like it, since i've always been happier with a firmer night guard. I like that it is not bulky and a slim fit. It helps me protect my teeth from my grinding.

This is the best diy bruxism mouthguard you can buy. It's still ugly, like i've got white gum covering half my teeth, but it is firm and fits nicely. It doesn't obstruct my breathing if i breathe through my mouth.

This guard is hard plastic, difficult to mold and really uncomfortable. It's so flimsy i couldn't ever get it to fit around all of my top teeth.

I am a heavy grinder and the plastic started to roughen up. After the intial molding, this guard seems to continue to tighten up and put pressure on my front teeth. This is only for the top teeth.
