Pros
They are very comfortable to wear, and the sound is crisp! My only complaint is the band can be a little hot to wear. They are comfy to sleep on and don't leave you with an ache.
The device fits well under my cpap apparatus and allows me the freedom to fall asleep comfortably. A loud recording speaks straight into your ears, awakening you to tell you it is powering down.
The only thing i would say could be better designed is the placement of the control pad. They are a bit pricey, but are worth it. And these headphones are an absolute necessity for me on long plane rides.
Cons
Not worth the extravagant price. Very cheaply made for the price. Thirdly, for $99 this product is a very, very bad value.
The headband is impractical unless you enjoy the pressure of a small hard plastic receiver to the back of your head. The battery life is awful. It lasts barely 8 hours.
The speakers slide all over and constantly need to be readjusted. Being interrupted during meditation is one of them.

I had purchased some sleep buds before this item and they were more expensive didnt stay on while sleeping and werent as comfortable
